Of the many coaching programmes available, this programme is truly unique:

It is extremely creative, interactive and embraces people from all over the world.
It is structured so that students are "wrapped" by assistants who attend the lectures, practice with the students in breakrooms and later mentor them on an individual basis between modules.
As part of every module, students get to actually coach volunteering "coachees" recruited by the students themselves.

At the end of the programme, you will be entitled to join the Jungian Coaching School (ACSTH-ICF).
Upon graduation you will receive a certificate which will enable you to easily obtain the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) title to practice coaching.

Who Should Attend?

This programme is suitable for coaches, business owners, company executives, marketers and anyone who works with people and wants to understand the human operating system in-depth and gain practical tools for integration into day-to-day work.

This training is a great way for experienced coaches to take their skills to the next level, as well as HR professionals who want to further their careers, learn how to resolve challenges, and inspire those working in their organisation.

Based on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies, participants will learn how to comply with professional coaching requirements. They will learn how to create a coaching contract, manage a coaching session, as well as building coaching skills and competencies. MODULE 3:

The participants will discover both their feminine and masculine qualities and its relevance to work and life. Learning to identify and use those two qualities of the personality and integrate it in the self, are extremely important to function optimally. This capability extends the repertoire of relatedness to other people in the social systems we operate in. If you are a woman, you will improve your ability to use your femininity as well as your masculine (“animus”) qualities. If you are a man you will extend your affective potential in relating to people through your feminine qualities (“anima”). As the anima of organisations is often suppressed, this learning contributes directly to creating the soul and being in an organisations, resulting in a more conducive, inclusive culture.

MODULE 4:

HERO QUEST

During this module the participant will embark on a journey, called “The Jungian Theory of the Hero Quest”. The experiential learning methodology assures a deep, authentic learning experience. Participants will be encouraged to bring cases from their work environment and analyse them through Jungian concepts, reframe problems and set up interventions and techniques with real-life implications. The journey of finding your voice and that of being a leader are Hero journeys. This module offers a meaningful, catalytic experience in self-awareness and in remembering your life purpose.

MODULE 5:

24 LEADERSHIP ARCHETYPES

By applying different leadership archetypes to self and others one gains awareness to comprehend your personal and professional dilemmas and challenges and the ability to adapt behaviour proactively in a more functional manner. Completing this module will unleash significant insights into dealing with your challenges, minimise frustrations and misunderstandings, mitigate anxiety and enhance consciousness and awareness. By encountering the 24 Leadership archetypes, the participant’s leadership behaviour will be enhanced.

MODULE 6:

INTERGRATION OF THE JUNG TOOLBOX AND JUNGIAN TYPOLOGY

Not only will you encounter the logic and theory of the Jungian-oriented Typology (personality type), but you will also extend your intuitive thinking, expand your imagination and creativity, and deepen your emotional intelligence to excel as a coach. Deep shadow work is enacted and skills from the previous modules are integrated. Supervision and analysis of case studies, brought by participants, result in practical, pragmatic insights offering and immediate learning application.
